Meet the Long-Awaited Eggless Egg (Premium)

I’ve had a soft spot for the Follow Your Heart company for decades. In 1970 they opened a small vegetarian restaurant in Canoga, California. This was ground-breaking back then. I ate there just once when I happened to be in town. The place was earthy, hippie-friendly, and packed; I can still see the Captain and Tennille just a few seats away enjoying huge veggie burgers. One visit was enough to discover that Follow Your Heart made unique, delicious food. Their grapeseed eggless mayo has been a favorite ever since.

ACN doesn’t have a financial connection with Follow Your Heart but I wish we did.
