Government Lowers Recommended Fluoride Levels in Drinking Water (Premium)
Earlier this year, after 50 years of policy and controversy, the US Department of Health and Human Services and the US Environmental Protection Agency proposed a major reduction in the amount of fluoride in drinking water.
It is now recommended that the current fluoride range of 0.7 to 1.2 milligrams per liter of water be lowered to 0.7 milligrams per liter.
