Hippotherapy for Kids with Cerebral Palsy (Premium)
Studies on the effect of hippotherapy on cerebral palsy (CP) have been ongoing for more than 15 years. (Hippo is the Greek word for horse.) CP is characterized by abnormal gait patterns and the inability to maintain posture and balance; it’s currently the leading cause of physical disability in childhood.
