MSG is Everywhere and Hidden in Your Foods (Premium)
Dietary trigger lists for tics, migraines, and hyperactivity often include the flavor enhancer MSG (monosodium glutamate). Unfortunately, as this article explains, the additive is difficult to identify by ingredient lists, not to mention when eating out.
