Beware of Flashing Lights in Incredibles 2 Disney Movie
If you or a loved one are light-sensitive, caution is urged with the new and popular Incredibles 2 movie.
Disney has issued a warning that seizures have been reported by viewers. The experience is similar to the response found with the Pokeman cartoon show in 1997.

It is well known that some children and adults with epilepsy and migraine can have symptoms triggered by flashing, bright lights. While not as widely recognized, an unknown percentage of people with hyperactivity, autism, and tics also report having their symptoms triggered by these types of lights. (—ACN Latitudes)

The foundation also offers this interesting tip to avoid a reaction when exposed to flashing lights: Cover one eye and turn away from the source of flashing lights. Closing both eyes or turning your eyes in another direction will not help.
