Many of our forum members have been following this case. The media has recently covered the plight of Justina Pelletier, who is in state custody. The parents do not yet have their child back so they can get proper medical treatment for her. Meanwhile the child's condition is deteriorating.

 

Her desperate father just did an interview on Glenn Beck show, at the risk of being jailed for going against the gag order. A petition has been started and it needs your signatures.

I've been following this story from the beginning, and shed a tear every time. First Elizabeth Wray, now Justine - pretty sure there were others. It's sickening.

Signed and shared. What happened to Justine and Elizabeth was exactly what I feared might happen to my DD when she was at BCH in 2010. This could be any of our children!

I just read on The Blaze that Justina is being placed in Foster Care with no medical facilities. Looks like a religious and civil rights group are getting involved. Her mother collapsed outside the courthouse and was taken away by ambulance. I'm at a loss for words - just horrified.
