Hello, but he gets hs antibiotics twice a day so I try to give them 12 hours apart. I can't even think of a time when he has an empty stomach. any other ideas?? Deanna

Hi, there is post on the PANDAS site , I emailed Dr. Latimer and she suggested PEARLS. I ordered them on line they are gluten free not sure about the conr but I dont think there is any.
