I just want to say thank you to everyone on this site. It is so wonderful to have so many supportive people share their knowledge and stories with eachother. Wow. I am sure that we all feel this way. Whenever something comes up, people come around to respond, ponder about stuff, provide information and support. So awesome! 3 Cheers To All Parents On This Board!!!! Seriously, where would we be without the information that parents have to offer each other! ?

I swear when I first came to this board (and then spent hours reading all the back threads)

 

I felt like we had been living like aliens, and at last had found the mother ship, our planet! Couldn't believe it. And I had been on other bio med boards for years.

Ditto, I posted earlier on another topic about how brave each of you have been in trying all of these scary, unconventional, and sometimes controversial treatments all in the efforts of helping these children. You are all blazing a trail for all of us newbies out here just trying to figure it all out. You are brave for standing up to all in the medical communities who are non-believers, and not taking no for an answer. The more information we all know the sooner we can make a difference with our children.

Thanks so much to all the wonderful, knowledgable moms and dads on this board! You have all been great and supportive. Although we are just 6 months from onset, I am truly greatful for everyone who has helped me this far with your suggestions and input. I do drive myself nuts with all my reading and I swear, I refresh this page 20x per day from my phone! But it has helped me learn, and I will continue to do so
