  1. You have posted on my posts before and are from Texas like us. Just wondering if you have any more suggestions for doctors. We have been to see Dr. infante and Dr. Russell. Both are great and PANDAS friendly. I have heard mixed reviews about Dr. Roa. I am searching for a PANDAS doctor that is an expert on the treatment not just familiar and friendly to the treatment. Any ideas?

  2. Hi There... I haven't been reading or posting on this board for a long time, but just wanted to say that although my dd(11) still has PITANDS, we are still making good strides with homeopathy. I hope to be more often to catch up on the news of what's going on out there and to help others as I can. God bless you all... St. Therese the Little Flower, PRAY FOR US (she was thought to have suffered with PANDAS)
  3. i have a daughter with pandas. I think we have spoken via forum before. still not 100% with pandas treatment. looking into LYME. have you had any luck with find help. Im in Texas too. We travel to Connecticut for Dr.B. Dont want to travel for LYME too if we can help it. I have seen some of the people we had IVIG's with get LYME testing positive. Have not done IGENIX on family.

  4. (continued...)however, the neurologist didn't believe in PANDAS and referred us to psych. It didn't take too long to get into either dr. Hope this helps! Write me anytime. We see Dr. Infante again next week. I will update.

  5. Hi Cassi...

We went to Dr. Rao first to get a diagnosis, and then I found out about Dr. Infante who is just starting to treat PANDAS. It really depends on where you live and your insurance plan. Dr. Rao is more experienced with PANDAS and you can do phone consults with him, too (we do that now since we live in San Antonio, not Plano). My daughter did see a neurologist prior to bot...

  6. My daughter's dad is a skeptic on PANDAS. It would be very helpful/important for me to know why you went from Rao to Infante? I guess what I'm asking is why did you choose Infante or Rao? Can you please respond ASAP with that information and I appreciate all of your help.

  7. I just received my dd cunningham results & her CamKinase is 181. I talked with Scott yesterday to see if I could make an app't with Dr. Infante. He asked me if my dd has seen a neurologist yet - she hasn't. Did your child see a neurologist prior to seeing Dr. Infante? What was your first appt like? What was his recommendation for treatment for your child? How long did it take ...

  8. Dr. Infante at Christus Santa Rosa. He just started treating PANDAS!
