She has been on the 150mg. of NAC for 2 weeks. Do you think it could just start hurting now? She is also on 4000 units vitamin D3. I hope it is not too much. Her vitamin D3 levels were very low though. She was an 11.

She is on 150 mg. NAC. She is complaining of stomach pain, and feeling very weird. Anyone have this side effect???

There have been several attempted abductions close to my area in recent months, and it freaks me out! I just think of my child ever being taken and off her medications. She has debilitating confusion and severe OCD, and can't think straight to ever get a pair of socks on her feet. If she were ever in a bad situation she would be completely lost and non-functioning without medications. Just really hit me today and needed to vent. I wonder if there is a chip implant for children like in dogs??? Thanks!

I see a really good deal on new chapter bone strength vitamins. But usually when it seems "to good to be true" ... it usually it!!! Anyone buy vitamins from there? I question expiration date and wonder why they can sell them so cheap. Thanks for advice!

Seems everything I give my child has some kind of die-off reaction. Why would NAC do this???

Is there a change in your child's behavior or symptoms when they are menstruating?. My girls pupils are dilated and she is very annoying and impulsive today. Got her period yesterday.

Do you think I should add a new probiotic or up the Culturelle that she's tolerating thus far??

I stopped custom probiotics and she's not so aggressive but sleep is not as good without it. She does well with Culturelle and she is taking one adult capsule. Should I up Culturelle more or should I add in a different gentle probiotic??? I think she needs more probiotics but not sure what to give. I think Culturelle is just one strain, right? D-lactate custom probiotic made her worse. Suggestions are welcome!!! Thanks!!!

When I was young, I remember the family coming down with "worms" my mom called it. I really quite understood what it was. Could this have been parasites, and if so....could this be passed down to fetus somehow???

She was a number 11 on her blood work. Doc said he should be between 30-100, I think. He said put her on 10,000 units. She has always had racing thoughts since she could talk along with confusion. It went away for a bit when I started bactrim and doryx. Now it is flaring up again. Not sure if its something I added or that the antibiotics are just not working. Hard to figure out at times.

I am trying to buy all of my vitamins at the vitamin shoppe, which is convenient for my family members to purchase if I ever need them to take over caring for my child. Is all D3 fine or are there different degrees of purity etc....

My girl gets bad evil thought that pop into her head. Is this OCD??? Then at times her brain races and there are too many thoughts it drives her nuts. Then other times she is stuck on just one thought. What is this????? What is OCD and what is not??? She is currently taking: 12.5mg. I think I saw OCD get better with Culturelle then come back when I switched to custom probiotic. I'm thinking that sac. B. helped her ocd. Which is what is in the Culturelle and not in the custom probiotics??? Could this b correct???

Nordic naturals only comes in 1000 units. She needs to take 10,000 units. Too many pills to get into her. Can anyone suggest a brand the is 5,000 or 10,000 that they have had no bad side effects with? Thanks!

Helped with OCD AND SLEEP but made her uninhibited. I might try again some time and keep dose really low.

i had her on culturelle and she looked pretty good. swithced to custom probiotics and she is looking agitated and "stuck" in her little world again. perhaps too many strains in the C.P????

same thing happened to my girl several times. this time i waited a long time until i stopped it, and now she seems to be tolerating it and it also seems to be helping. As for me...I had to go off it, because I was so sick and irritable. I was sooooo mean to my husband and could not get out of bed.
