You can find out more about epsom salt on www.enzymestuff.com.

 

Epsom salt baths relax the muscles to reduce tics. 2 cups per bath and soak for 20 - 30 minutes and drink alot of purified water after the bath to detox.

Hi, I was wondering if someone could explain the purpose of the epsom salt bath.I can not find any info on it. thanks. lukesmom

 

Epsom Salts is magnesium sulfate, and the effect of soaking in this magnesium salt seems to be very calming for tics and also has a detoxing benefit

thanks for info on epsom salt bath I am going to try it tonight.We found another tic trigger yesterday.My son walked into the bathroom where hair spray had been used and started to do the head noddig tic "instantly".He made the connection himself. We are making progress!My teenage daughter won't be happy about the no hairspray rule but she will adjust. So far all the family is willing to do whatever it takes to help Luke
