This year the LDA and ILADS will be holding their conferences on different weekends.

1) The LDA conference is on Saturday and Sunday October 2nd and 3rd in Philadelphia. On the front page of www.lymediseaseassociation.org there is a link to that info and registration for the conference. Madeleine Cunningham is a keynote speaker.

2) On Frieday, October 1st, the day before the conference there is a workshop for Lyme activism at the same hotel at the LDA conference, Hyatt Penns Landing in Philadelphia. Registration and fee for that are separate from the LDA conference and can be found at www.lymediseaseassociation.org as well.

3) The ILADS conference will be held from October 15th - 17th in Jersey City. For info and registration , you can go to www.ilads.org. In previous years the conference was not generally open to non-medical professionals, but I noticed that this year there's a separate registration rate for non-professionals.

Anyone have any thoughts on which one you would go to if you had to pick one?

I'd love to go to either, but they're just a bit too far for me. I'm very interested in Dr. Corson's presentation at the ILADS conference and Dr. Hardesty's presentation at the LDA conference. I hope anyone who goes will share some info with the rest of us. :)
