Phasmid Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Just got son's titer report from Cunningham lab: Anti dopamine 1 is 2000 and the normal mean is 1056 (normal range is 500-2000) Anti-lysoganglioside is 320 and the normal mean is 147 (range is 80-320) So, his numbers are within range but at the limit. What are you all seeing?

Kayanne Posted July 9, 2010 Report Posted July 9, 2010 Daughter 6ys...blood was drawn when she was not showing any signs of PANDAS (approx 6 mos. past onset of first episode) Cam KII - 112 Anti-Lysoganglisode 160 (R: 80-320) Anti-Tubulin 1000 (R: 250-1000) Anti-Dopamine 1 1000 (R: 500-2000) Anti-Dopamine 2 2000 (R: 2000-16000) All within range--although Tubulin and Dopamine 2 are at upper and lower limits.

I guess I never gave them a second thought despite them clearly being elevated just because nobody could tell me what significance they had. CamK 141 and I had his blood titers drawn the same say as the blood draw for the cunningham test and his ASO was 480... What are you all seeing? Anti-lysoganglioside was 1200. I love shocking the heck out of people with that one. Faith's son h ad the same number. His two anti=d were bottom of normal and top of normal.

That number is shocking! Holy Cow! I don't really understand what all the numbers mean, but jeez, that is high!

DS7 cam kinase 165 anti-lyso 160 (80-320) - mean is 147 anti-tubulin 2000 (250-1000) mean is 609 dop 1 - 1000 (500-1000) mean is 1056 dop 2 - 16000 (2000-16000) mean is 6000 DS5 cam kinase 179 anti-lyso 80 (80-320) - mean is 147 anti-tubulin 500 (250-1000) mean is 609 dop 1 - 1000 (500-1000) mean is 1056 dop 2 - 2000 (2000-16000) mean is 6000 When I spoke with Kathy about these she told me that you take the mean and double it. If your childs number is above double the mean then it is considered very high. What the numbers actually mean, well that I do not know! I very high really bad or is very low really bad? I guess since still part of research we won't learn what it all means for awhile.
