I was the mom who saw results with Nicholas and the Benedryl at one point. I wasn't sure if it was the allergy aspect or the "getting a good night's sleep aspect". I do not use it though and the last time he had a head cold (3 weeks ago) it did not help his tics they actually started up during cold and were not there before. They have since subsided when he went computer free. I just ordered him a diode device to put in his left pocket for energy polority. I feel he is worse under flourescent lights and want him to have it for school
