Use Local Raw Honey for Allergy

Since alot of our kids have environmental allergies, i thought this may be useful info. I have been giving my kids a spoon of local raw honey for the past year for allergies and it does seem to help. Local honey is best w/in 10 miles of your home, otherwise it is not as effective.

 

Since i am giving my son Natural Calm, instead of mixing it in juice, i add honey. And it taste good.

yes, there is a lot of good info re local pure honey and allergy relief. Some local holistic therapists also believe in propolis and local royal jelly for help with allergies.
