patty
I have been grinding my teeth for a number of years but my teeth grinding has escalated since my son's sudden onset of tics 9 mos ago. I actually chipped one of my tooth . I have been neglecting my own medical needs for months, and cannot ignore it anymore. Can someone tell me how much B5 to take? I started Natural Calm for about a week and am at 2 tsp a day. I read that high dose of magnesium also help. Is this true? I have a dental appt coming up and will get a mouth guard in the meantime .
