julia24
Does anybody else here find that Vitamin B increases tics? I have tried all kinds of different brands, I have split them up (i.e...just one like B6 or whatever instead of a combo), and the fact is, I can't tolerate it. (Interestingly enough, my muscle testing when I had my NAET appt. showed a sensitivity to B Vitamins.) I would really like to take a multi-vitamin, but I don't know if it's even possible to get one without B vitamins. Anybody know? -Julie
patty
Have you considered using NAET to treat the B vitamin? So you can take it? According to some of the posts here, multi vitamin seems to cause tic for some. It is best to do it individually. Patty

Patty I did do the B Vitamin NAET treatment, but I still can't tolerate it in concentrated, supplement form. The way I view my NAET treatments is that they seemed to have helped with normal exposure to the substances, but nothing beyond that. Does that make sense? For example, I can have a little more food additives, like what happens when you accidentally eat something or you give yourself a handful of M & Ms, but I could never eat the whole package of M & Ms. And I actually saw the biggest difference for me during the NAET treatment when I did the mold treatment. That was when my TS turned around from being dependent on meds, to being OK enough without meds to try different, more natural approaches.
Chemar
hi Julie my son cannot tolerate B complex either, tho he does ok with his multivit having them all in, and also has a few added separately (B6, B5, Inositol, and B1) Other Bs given even separately are no-nos as he reacts to them too I think maybe the over-under-methylation issue could have a lot to do with how people tolerate their Bs but this isnt an area I know much about. Claire has a lot of info on that I believe
