What dose of Augmentin was your dd on when she backslid?

 

Another option would be Clindamycin.

 

Or Peglem's dd did well on Augmentin with Rifampin (I don't think this was long term.)

Is it possible that you could add an antibiotic instead of switching? My dd was one Azith and Augmentin at the same time for quite a while. Have you tested to see if your child is able to fight strep? The test is called a pneumococcal antibody panel.
