Chemar Posted February 8, 2010 Report Posted February 8, 2010 Deanna we like the Jarrow multi easy (comes in a powder that can be mixed with smoothies etc, or in capsule form) it is a multivitamin plus multimineral all in one, and has no yucky additives/fillers I get ours at iherb.com
