Can you tell me where you get the B5? and what brand? Some are 250mg and some are 500mg so a 1/2 dose for a child could be either one of those. See where I am getting at?

She is almost 7 and about 48 pounds now.

 

Also where do you get the royal jelly? Are you speaking of the supplement?

we used "Bee Alive" Royal Jelly purchased from their website

I personally think that one is best but the dried ones made by NOW and Vitamin Shoppe are also ok, just not as potent or fast acting IMO

 

I order NOW pantothenic acid (B5) from iherb.com tho we have also used the Vitamin Shoppe own brand one

I have heard that a B-complex may be hard on the tummy? Is this true? If so is there a B-complex that is gentle and been mentioned on here?

 

I had a hard time at the bee alive site....not sure what you are speaking of...there are SO many things on there and I can not find the ingredients of any of the products???

I used to have Nicholas on b5 from Natures sunshine because his last urine test showed he was low. But his new doctor who does accupuncture and muscle testing (kinesiology) said to stop using it that he didn't need it. He "tested" needing more b complex but not b5 alone. Interestingly enough his second urine test came back two days later and he was off the charts high on b5. Nicholas had his first sccupuncture treatment last week only two needles. He went tic free and still is with the addition of vdeo games and some junk food at a party!!!!

My 9 yr old boy has been taking Nature's Own B Complex Forte since January. He's never had any tummy problems from it though.

my goodness...when we used the product some years ago all they sold was fresh Royal Jelly in tubs or capsules seems they have become quite a business now and very expensive too!

 

The freeze dried one by NOW is very good too myrose

 

 

re B complex...it has a very weird reaction on my son (and on me!) which is why we give individual Bs

Strangely tho the combined Bs in his multis have never bothered him
