Inositol for OCD

For any of you who use this, can you recommend a good brand? I would also be interested in whether there are different types of inositol. Is inositol hexaniacinate what everyone is using? Thanks!!

 

I have been using the one from GNC, but was told that the hard tablet might not be the best way to go. Thanks!!

my son uses the pure Inositol powder by Jarrow, and he mixes it into his morning health shake. Jarrow also make the pure crystalline Inositol in a capsule. I buy them at iherb.com as it is cheapest there, even with shipping added
