California set to ban artificial food dyes in school meals

Hoping this may be the start of a wider recognition in the USA of the hazards to health that these chemical dyes are- especially for children!

I definitely notice a culture at our public school of handing out bags of candy/snacks on a daily basis with all of these food dyes in it.  It is really a challenge to even suggest that it can be an immediate issue for certain kids.
