Ibuprofen alternative?

Hi, when I give my 2 kids an ibuprofen dose it's like a light switch for good mood, creativity, engagement etc. I resist doing this more than once a week because im worried about damage. Does anyone know of a natural alternative that I can give all the time? Thanks

Just ordered it thanks. Does this work as well as ibuprofen in your experience? I am treating my kids herbally for lyme and bart, but not seeing the improvement I was hoping for, despite positive tests.

For my DS, turmeric 2x daily works about the same as 15 mg prednisone - much better than ibuprofen

Bigmighty- how do you give it to your kids? And how big are you kids (trying to figure out how much to give)?

DS is a teen so he just takes the capsules
