Shower head filter

I am looking for a shower head filter that is easy to install, infrequent change for the filter and works. Any suggestions? And is there a certification that i should look for to make sure that it is tested by a third party for effectiveness, like the water filtration system?

 

For those who is using a shower head filter, do you notice any difference on the skin & hair? And does it reduce mildew like some of the advertments claim?

We stopped using it because we felt no different.

Plus every month you have to change them.

It was too much trouble.
