Chemar Posted April 5, 2007 Report Posted April 5, 2007 very interesting article Daniel...thanks! so much research seems to indicate that a mediterranean diet, rich in fish, fruit, veggies, nuts, seeds and superlative olive oil etc is by far the healthiest diet around! (and oh so tasty too!)
