Yeast-free sour dough bread

My son was tested sensitive to yeast, so we have been avoiding it.

 

There are a couple of brand of yeast-free sour dough bread, like Beckmann's. Ingredients are: unbleached wheat flour, water, sea salt, barley malt, vitamin C (in trace amunts) and no preservatives. The bread is yummy.

 

Is this an acceptable bread for someone who is avoiding "baker's yeast & brewer's yeast"?

Sounds acceptable to me, Patty. Does it say "yeast free" on the front label? We, too, are avoiding yeast. All I could find was some frozen bagels.

Is that a frozen bread or right off the shelf? I would like to try it.
