What antibiotics (and dose) have you tried?

 

I would definitely check for immune def., Lyme (any tick history?), and mycoplasma before IVIG.

 

If your child is immune def, insurance may cover IVIG b/c of that.

 

Have you considered the NIMH IVIG study? All expenses paid. http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01281969
