You could have knocked me over with a feather when I started reading tonight.

 

You are so young looking and lovely! I just thought you'd be lovely in a different way.

 

You were supposed to have short hair, and maybe be a little "plump," you know, in a comforting sort of way, like your posts!

 

No one can have all of that grace and wisdom and look like that! You HAD to be older looking

 

Now you've really got me wondering about Carolyn, Giselle, Allison, Claire, etc. My mental picture of them is probably all wrong too.

I thank my mom for the hair genes as she is 81 and no grey hair!

 

I just decided, based on feedback from another forum, that it really does make it easier to be able to converse when you know what the person you are talking to looks like.

 

Soooooooooo, c'mon y'all.....be brave and add some photo avatars!

 

ps scanned black & white photos also help to hide the wrinkles LOL

ps I got the good hair genes too. I thought it was all the vitamins (B12 in particular), but none of my siblings has it yet either. Knock wood, what a pain to color it.

seriously, the black and white scanned head only photo hides the flaws real well!!

 

I do look forward to seeing photo avatars of some of our members as well (tho I sure do understand that some may wish to remain anonymous...and that is just fine too)
