Sorry...I'm not at all familiar with any of these. I wish I could help.

I have only used the Itires (lymph drainage) our Dr. recommended it.

 

I have given some to dd on occasion. Can't remember how much, sorry, however I took some hefty doses when I had the nodule on my neck come up-

which has now left, when I starting using binders 2x a day.

 

I found it mellow- although I haven't had a drink in 20+ years, so it did taste like a shot of vodka, I took it straight.

With a little water, it doesn't taste like that.

It is homeopathic, and I do drink coffee and use mint toothpaste, don't know if that cancelled some out for me.

I suggest 5 drops each three times a day for apo hepat and itires and start with two drops once a day and build up to 5 drops twice a day for Renelix. Renelix can cuase urinary frequency or nighttime bedwetting if dosage is incorrect so since you're not using ART, build up slowly.Excellent remedies in my experience.

Taste is fine but if DD is sensitive then diluted juice is also ok.

we were instructed to do 15 drops of each bottle in the kit for both DD and myself. For DD i put it in apple juice. for myself I just put them in water. I think we were instructed to do them twice a day but were unable to do that on most days.
