Ah, another 'not alone' moment.

 

We were unable to leave our Christmas tree lights on for any extended period this season,

dd was afraid they would burn out.

But happy that was our only mild OCD bit for the holiday-

We have fire worries in our house at least 3 times a week. He wants a fire safe to keep some of his favorite toys safe in.

So funny! I can relate to #1 - our Christmas tree fell over Tuesday! My daughter just got over the tree that fell in 2007. We spent hours looking for a brown Scooby Doo hand (size of a pencil point) on a brown rug, among many shattered ornaments. I later found it under the couch - almost vacuumed it because I thought it was a popcorn kernel
