Wilma Jenks Posted September 22, 2011 Report Posted September 22, 2011 my neighbor, who is a very strong woman, is really being worn down by this constant ringing in her ear. Doctors can't figure out what is wrong. I think I read once that this could be a lyme symptom. Anyone ever heard of this???? Thanks
Suzan Posted September 22, 2011 Report Posted September 22, 2011 Yes, it is. There are other conditions that can cause rining but if the doc's can't figure out what is wrong, it could lyme. My dd10 and myself both have had rining in our ears that has gotten better with treatemnt. Susan
Wilma Jenks Posted September 22, 2011 Author Report Posted September 22, 2011 Every time I mention Lyme to anyone...they look at me like I am nuts!!! I get so tired of this.
MichaelTampa Posted September 22, 2011 Report Posted September 22, 2011 I have some memory of hearing of this as a heavy metal problem, which wouldn't mean that it's not a lyme symptom, as you will have a heavy metal problem if you have lyme long enough untreated. But, I think you could have that from heavy metals without lyme.
Familyof5 Posted September 23, 2011 Report Posted September 23, 2011 My daughter and I both had ringing in our ears from mold exposure.
