We do take it daily. Our older son drinks it straight right before bed, 1/2 cup. We have our twins drink it first thing in the morning and then first antibiotic 2 1/2 hours later. We combined the following into a drink for them.

 

• 1/3 cup bentonite clay
  
• 1/3 cup favored kefir
  
• 1/3 cup raspberry/apple juice
  
• 4 adult scoops Custom Probiotics 11 strain formula = approximately 850 billion unit probiotics (we worked our way up to this amount)

Hi Wendy-

Do you know if the capsules are of smaller size? And, can you tell me if there's any advantage to taking the clay over the capsules.

Typically her pills are smaller but I'm not sure on the bentonite pills. Elizabeth would know. My understanding is 10 pills would equal 1/2 cup liquid bentonite clay. Same benefit between pills and liquid form.
