there has been some discussion of it here in the past Jens, so if you do a search, you will find the other threads

 

It seems some react well to it and others not

I was thinking of trying l-carnosine for my ds sniffing. The only tablets I can find are adult ones of 500mg so I was going to halve it and add to a drink or something so he gets to take it.

Old posts seem to indicate it is succesful in reducing phonic tics ( I know there are some exceptions).

My DS drinks a lot of milk - always has. I will also try reducing the amount of milk he drinks to see if that makes a difference.

cloudy, we have had a number of people pass though here over the years who noticed that phonic aka vocal tics diminished when they eliminated dairy from their diet
