We got our test results in from Igenex today. Even though I knew it in my heart, I am still in shock. I am surprised dd7's showed so many bands, and me too really. I will send our info off today to the LLMD and hopefully we will all get in to see her in November. I am shaking, I am glad and really worried all at the same time.

Me -

IgM:

18++

**31+

**34+

**39 IND

**41+

**83-93+

IgG:

dd7 -

Edit - I realized it would be helpful to have the double stars in there. I think I have it right....

Yowza... that's a lot of bands for you all! Well, at least it doesn't leave things in the grey zone.

Glad to hear that you will be headed to the llmd soon enough. I'm sure it will be a big relief to begin treatment.

I'm not sure if you've posted this info (if not, I understand), but I can't remember what part of the country you are in.

OK... best.

Yowza..... is right!!!

When the shock of the results sinks in know that there is true healing ahead for your entire family. I am not surprised by your results and have seen/heard of much worse for PANDAS/Lyme Mother's. I am so happy you'll be seeing an LLMD soon. AND, know that you are not alone as you begin treatment.

Just shaking my head!!!!!!!!

Oh Susan:

I vividly remember the night that I found out my daughter was positive for lyme. I was horrified and relieved all at the same time.

Have you asked your LLMD if you can be on the cancelation list?

I just want you to know that my thoughts are with you!

Mary, We are in North Carolina, however, I believe I got Lyme in California, if I am to believe that the first time I got sick in 1996 was because of lyme. I guess I just don't know.

I still can't believe how many bands are positive! And I dragged my heals getting us tested. Thank you all for your support. You know I will need you!

One of the hardest things about this illness is uncovering the root cause.ok actually herxing is even harder. :( Although I'm sorry your family will be struggling with lyme, I am relieved for you that you have found answers. Good luck and my only words of advice are to detox!

Hi Susan

I agree with the detox- thats the key to help with the herxing. I haven't spoken to you for a while but I do remember you were considering Igenex. Im glad you have some additional answers. The road is rough but leads to healing. I wish you tons of luck and am always here if you need to chat. As you know DS was also diagnosed with Bartonella late August and its been a wild ride. I've been posting on the lyme forums mostly.

Yes, for some it may be difficult to determine the place of exposure. Both North Carolina and California are hot spots for tick borne diseases. Maybe the llmd can help you sort it out, as there are different strains in different regions. But in the end it does not matter much, as getting treatment is the most important thing. And soon you will be doing that. Keep us posted!
