Hi Sarah; You and your child will do fine at the docs office. The best approach is to listen and absorb as much as possible and then take all factors into consideration. Take it slow, for you are the only one placing pressure on yourself right now. We all know the feeling of wanting to cure our children as fast as we can, but sometimes these things do take time. Learn to breath and release the stress you feel because our children pick right up on that. I know it is easier said than done but you can and must do it for your sake and the sake of you child. We are all here for you if needed. These people here are great for support and knowledge. God Bless and good luck Be well; Marie

Hi Allison; I thought you left us. Yes, all is well here and oh yes I spend a ton on thoses veggies. But well worth it. I hope this up-swing continues, it would be nice to know that all of the worry and hard work does pay off in the end. I thank you for all of those kind words and oh yes how desperate I was back in December. I think if I ever see a Christmas tree again or perhaps attend a Christmas play I will have to be tranqualized. Talk about scarring. But you, Claire and Chemar have proven to me that there is so much more that we can do for our kids than to medicate. So my hats are off to all of you who have taught me so many things, but most of all for being there for me when I truely needed it. I know we still have a long road ahead, but I must thank God for friends like all of you who sent out arms to hug when I needed it most. It is great to hear of your successes and I am truely amazed by the way you jumped in with both feet and worked so hard for you family. Your family is lucky to have such a great mom. Well, keep in touch it is great to hear from you and Be Well; Marie

Dan; I use an 80/20 mixture for carrot and spinach. I started giving him the cucumber, because it is great for the skin. I will be adding celery to the mixture soon because celery is great for the nervous system. I wanted the warmer weather to come prior to the introduction of celery because celery drops the body temp. When juicing for illness you need about three pints a day for an adult. I figure a child around 50 pounds would be 1/3rd of the weight of an adult so 1 pint a day for a 50 pound child is good. Remember that through nutrition healing is slow. On average the body generates new cells very 28 days. From a healthy base (cell wise) healthy cells can grow. So if you are healing it will take time to create a healthy base so that you can generate healthy cells. Pretty common sense stuff and these are the things we were taught as children, but the western diet is just to tempting and way to easy to fall into. Be Well; Marie

Andy; I am not as sophisticated as many here on his forum, but the program I have choosen is a great multi-vitamin, acidopholus and he drinks 2 pounds of carrots, 1/4 pound of spinach and 1/3 of a cucumber daily (that's 16 oz of juice). Since Janaury we have noted that the light sensitivity has disappeared. THe sensitivity to clothing is also gone. The fear of new things- gone. The depressed mood swings- gone. THe stressed look on his bRow- gone. Chapped lips and cheeks- gone. THe dry hair- gone. Pasty, white complextion- gone. The whites of his eyes are white again. He gained weight about 5 pounds and has grown 2 inches in about 2 months. His personality has changed for the better. School grades went from satisfactory to proficient. The mouth stretching, body stretching are gone. The neck bending- gone. He is now able to watch TV and play computer games- but I am limiting him. His diet consists of fruit, meats, nuts and whole grains. Not art. flavors/colors and sugar is always watched closely. Excercise is encouraged and daily kisses, hugs and constant interaction is a must for us. He was in his grad ceremony last week and for one hour in front of 300+ people he performed wonderfully. Maybe one or two eye roll/blinks but considering last winter when he could not stop, I think he did fantastic. My older son is also on the same prgram. He does not have ticS but does have asthma and he has benefitted from this too. So for now the progress is great. I am on a wait and see program and I hope AND PRAY that he continues to do great. Be Well; Marie

Andy, A word on vitamin a. If taken naturally like carrots you do not have to worry about overdose. The body only aborbs enough vitamin a and stores it within the liver for when needed. The remainder is called pro-vitamin a and it also get stored but within the tissues of the skin. This process will help your body with things like prevention from sun damage. The pro-vitamin a aka beta carotene is great for the obvious reasons. Supplementation with vitamins for A is not advisable, since the body cannot make a distinction and will absorb to much vitamin a within the liver and could cause overdose. I use the word KADE for the vitamins that can do harm if taken in large quanitities. But rememeber you can never OD if taken in natural form like fruits and veggies. Also the enzymes that you receive from all of the things you listed are soooo very important. Great post! Be Well; Marie

Hi Sarah; First things first nix the floruide. That is a chemical that you do not want in your body. Some people do have a sensitivity to soy. You may want to try your hand at goats milk formula. I cannot remember the brand, but it is a good alternative. It may be an avenue to start. But remember to go slow and keep a diary of things that you do so you can review what you dd if things flare or settle. I got to run, but wanted to post..I won't be on for the next couple of days..its a crazy week. Be Well; Marie

Hi Sarah; Welcome to the forum. I believe that if you have a medical reason as why not to vaccinate, like neuro stuff, you do not have to. My views of vaccines are very tainted and I for one will not vaccinate my children anymore. My reasons will be for neurological ones and as long as you have a medical reason as to why to delay or not vaccinate the school system must accept your child. I know that there are also religious reasons, but I'm not really abreast upon that. You are smart to get to a ped. neurologist, that is a good start. Remember that TS or chronic motor tics are clinical diagnosis and that you leave the office with the comfort that things are not so bad. I too used to cry myself to sleep, and actually was in fear of and for my child (if that make sense to you). But through time you will learn that no child is perfect. The perfect child only exists in the movies, well pg rated ones anyway. But give yourself time, as a new mother you must be overwhelmed. Don't be so hard on your in-laws, no-one really wants to know about their geneic hiccups. Remember, my in-laws think they have allergies all year round We are here if you need us. Oh, as for supplemenation carrot juice is really a great thing for infants. It is a great immune system booster, so you might want to read the threads for juicing. If you have any questions, just post. Be well, Marie

Nick, You already have proven yourself as a very valuable member here. A big hug from me to you in helping Robin. Robin, Your comment about your husbands disorder and how it never bothered you is something I guess we have in common. My husbands family all clear their throats. I would giggle at the musical sounds that they would all make when in a room with each other. I was always told it was allergies. Now the pieces fit. I must admit when I told my mother-in-law that they all have TS, she was rather insulted. But then she confessed about her husband toe crunching and her other son who has the blank stare and mania (ADHD) and so many others symptoms. My husband too has the throat clearing thing and it was no big deal to me. But when my son clears his throat my stomache does flips. It is a parents nightmare to realize that their child is not perfect and that life is just hard enough without placing more challenges before them. I think these challenges will mold our children to become more than what they would be. I think all have found acceptance and shown their children that if the path is closed you just don't turn back, you just blaze a new trail. Even though the are young we are setting the bar that they just do not have to accept things, they can change it (no matter how small the change). And speaking of change, if we change the way we look at things, than the thing is truely changed. Our children are watching and learning and tics or not, the ultimate outome is that we raise good, respectable, loving, caring, honest adults that are happy with themselves. I do not have any tics and I am still striving for those very values for myself. So we must keep our children (and ourselves) in good health, good arms and in the graces of God and we must truely believe that the best is yet to come. This is how I get through the bad days. I hope it helps? Be Well, Marie

Hi Andy, I agree some of the juciers out there are a real pain to clean. The one I use is a Norwalk Jucier and it is dishwasher safe. It juices everything from carrots to parsely and ever grinds flax seeds. You can grind your own flour, frozen juice can be made into sherbert. It truely is an amazing machine. There is only one pit fall and that is the price. I got mine used on E-Bay and even on E-Bay it is expensive. But the juice that you get from that machine compares to no other. Check out the Norwalk website for all the information. I suggest that if you are truely interested check out E-Bay for it. Be Well, Marie

Hi Nick and welcome to the forum. I bet you that you will have as many questions asked of you that you have for us. This forum is a great shoulder for all of us. Many of us try the mainstream supplements with multi's and B complex, food elimination and trial and error on triggers like food or TV/Computer screens. I think it is harder for another person to see the progress when evaluating from outside. It appears you have read a lot of the posts and are familiar with the importance of "detox". I cannot stress the importance of detoxification of ones body. But how you do it is a personal choice. First thing to remember is that while detoxing there are things called free radicals that can give you what they call here on this forum "the healing crisis". So while detoxing you might see an increase in tics. Now there are many choices for detox from increasing anti-oxidants to chelation. For my family I chose a very slow route that takes a lot of work. I chose juice theropy with a clean healthy diet. With jucing vegetables you get the natural minerals, vitamins and enzymes required by the body for self healing. Detoxification performed naturally can take many years, espeacialy for an adult. Of course being 36 and on medication for a life time will not be an easy task. Re-training the pallate, being a consumer that reads everything prior to ingesting it is hard. Although I do it for my son, I must admit I sneak Kit Kat bars and coffee every step of the way- even with all the knowledge placed before me on how unhealthy this stuff really is. So read the posts about the amino acids, enzymes, cal/mag supplements, etc., and choose you course. All the fine tuning and answers to the questions will be answered or researched for you here. These people here are amazing. Good luck in your your endeavor and I know that you will find the your path. Be well. Marie

More info on Inosine What it does Where found Helpful for Are you deficient? Amount to take Side Effects & Interactions References What does it do? Inosine is a nucleoside, one of the basic compounds comprising cells. It is a precursor to adenosine, an important energy molecule, and plays many supportive roles in the body. Based upon anecdotal reports by Russian and Eastern European athletes, inosine has been investigated for exercise-boosting (ergogenic) effects. However, controlled studies have concluded that inosine does not improve athletic performance and may even impair it.1 2 Inosine is a precursor to uric acid, a compound that occurs naturally in the body. Uric acid is believed to block the effect of a toxic free-radical compound (peroxynitrite) that may play a role in the development of multiple sclerosis (MS).3 In an attempt to raise uric acid levels, ten patients with MS were treated with inosine in amounts up to 3 grams per day for 46 weeks. Three of the ten treated patients showed some evidence of improved function and the others remained stable.4 Controlled studies are needed to confirm these preliminary results. Where is it found? Inosine is found in brewer’s yeast and organ meats. It is also available as a supplement. Inosine has been used in connection with the following conditions (refer to the individual health concern for complete information): Rating Health Concerns Multiple Sclerosis Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit. Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit. For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support and/or minimal health benefit. Who is likely to be deficient? Inosine is not an essential nutrient, so deficiencies do not occur. How much is usually taken? Although a common amount of inosine taken by athletes is 5,000–6,000 mg per day, little scientific evidence supports the use of this supplement in any amount. Are there any side effects or interactions? No side effects have been reported with the use of inosine for two to five days in the limited research available. However, unused inosine is converted by the body to uric acid, which may be hazardous to people at risk for gout. At the time of writing, there were no well-known drug interactions with inosine.

Dan; I hope this helps: PH Testing and Cancer Synopsis: ph testing is one of the best methods of making daily progress measurements in your healing progress. It is simple, inexpensive and meaningful. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PH testing is perhaps, the easiest and most significant marker that you can use on a daily basis to constantly monitor your healing process. One of the important properties of a dietary approach to treating cancer relates to ph. My introduction to alternative cancer treatment was through the subject of ph. I was told, "Cancer and arthritis cannot grow in an alkaline body". This was the advice that started me on the road to the cancer free state that I now enjoy. "pH" is chemical shorthand for "hydrogen ion concentration" .. Less than 7 is acidic and more that 7 is basic (alkaline). The most healthy ph is 7.0 or 7.2, which is neutral to slightly alkaline. PH paper is available from many sources. It is readily available from health food stores for about $10 for a 15 foot long roll. Measurement is very easy. You simply tear a half inch strip from the roll, wet it on the tip of your tongue, and compare the color to the chart on the side of the box. The most significant reading is taken in the morning upon arising and before anything is eaten or drunk. This will provide a daily reading of your healing process. If your body is acid, it is not healing well. Our bodies are made acid by two primary causes, eating meat, and stress. In my case, if I deviate from a good raw food and juice diet, my ph becomes immediately acid. A day or two on a good diet, and I have a very healthy ph again. I know some people who do not get good readings in the morning. They find that their ph is much better in the afternoon when they haven't eaten or drunk anything for two hours. PH measurement is such a good indicator of your progress in treating your cancer effectively that I recommend it to you heartily. ---------------- Below is a portion of a report on TIAN XIAN in the section below labeled "Other internal treatments" According to the research of Dr. Enderlein, total healing of chronic illness only takes place when and if the blood is restored to a normal, slightly alkaline pH. It is of incredible importance to someone who is fighting a disease, overcoming an illness, or just desiring to feel better. What it means is this... Your Body pH Affects EVERYTHING. Human blood stays in a very narrow pH range right around 7.3 (slightly alkaline). Below or above this range means symptoms and disease. When pH goes off, microorganisms in the blood can change shape, mutate, become pathogenic, and thrive. When pH goes off, ENZYMES that are constructive can become destructive. When pH goes off, OXYGEN delivery to cells suffer. low oxygen delivery to cells is a major factor in most if not all degenerative conditions. Be Well. Marie

Dan; I beleive your in the zone. I would change deit if you were acidic, like 4 and lower. I look at PH a little differently. You see in my line of work I read soil testing sometimes and PH in the soil is very important. If the soil is to acidic it will grow weedy, thorny type plants and if it has to much PH it will not grow much at all. The ideal range is between 4 and 8. As with nature our bodies will have a similar reaction to acidity/alkalinity. No, we will not grow thorny plants, but we will get disease or with proper levels remain healthy. When your urine was checked was it the first mornings urine? I ask this only because what you drink or eat during the day will give you a false result. It must be the first urine of the morning. Be well, Marie

Hi Dan, Just remember that juicing is a very slow go. I suggest that your whole family jucie together so all may feel the benefits. Also, not mentioned anywhere on this site is your ph level. An alkaline body is resistent to disease. Whereas an acidic body will be host to many nasty things including cancer. Juicing greens is a great way to keep the body alkaline. Right now my PH level is at 7.5 and my little one is about 5.5. Between 4 and 7 is the normal range. At any Walmart or local pharmacy you can pick-up test strips and test your first morning urine. The color indicator will tell you your level. I learned about this important fact while jucing and being able to feel the stress level drop through stressful times. This caused me to search out more reasons to juice. The PH - high alkaline just fell into place. An acidic body creates nerves, stress and anxiety. So go out and get a test strip and see where your child is at, it is a great barometer. Be Well, Marie

Hi Allison; I guess you are right about the empty bucket. I just hate to release the reigns and let him watch more TV. I kind of like not having couch potatoes (or is it just s?). So far this illness did not provoke anything. All I seen were a few eye rolls when he met one of my long lost cousins. He was quite nervous and very tired. It now seems to pop up when excitment hits but not like it was..thank God. Next week is his stepping up ceremony and I hope it goes better than the Christmas play. That one was just a tic fest. So maybe he'll surprise me and keep calm and cool. What's that old saying expect the worst and hope for the best. You know I have to laugh about how silly I can be. When he started crying from the pain he told me it was his gums that hurt and you could not even touch the gum. So I called my dentist, figuring that it was the 6 year molars that he was having trouble with. Well, by the time I got him into the dentist chair, he was running a fever and my dentist looked at me like I was nuts. He looked at his throat and ears and told me I was in the wrong doctors office. Isn't that embarassing? A day on the antibiotics, what I thought was the sniffing tic disappeared. Stupid me thought all that is differnt is a tic. I ignored the symptom that proved to be allergy or virus and he got a secondary infection. So like you with the eye allergy and thinking it was a tic, I too did the same thing. I think I'm driving myself crazy. Hey where are Claire and Chemar lately? I do hope they check in, I really miss their support. Well, here is to no more infections or strep and of course tics. Be Well, Marie

Hi Spring: I am not sure how old your child is, but I have heard so many positive things on fasting. I am into juicing and many of my books indicate that juicing and fasting is a great was to detox the body. I have not done a fast for my son because I do not believe he is old enough to understand. But I do fasting for myself every now and again and I know people who actually fast for absurd amounts of time and do colonics during this time. Everyone who does it has seen amazing results like mental clarity, a higher energy level, less stress and fatigue. It might be worth looking into. Many of my juicing books have chapters relating to fasting. I know it sounds a bit draconion but you never know. Many people on this site do supplements, but juicing is a natural way to detox and if you want more info I will be glad to give you the 411 on things. But whatever you do, good luck and remember we are all here for you. Marie

Andy; I am so happy for you. Your child is a very lucky boy, not all fathers would take a proactive role and blaze a trail like you have done. So if ever a pat on the back was so well deserved.. you have my respect. Please keep us posted. Marie

Well here we go again, now its an ear infection. Terrible pain, fever, stomache upset, you name it, he felt it. I never did see him stay still for more than an hour. But today he was a mess. I took him to the doc for a diagnosis and of course the script of antibotics and ... Funy enough he watch TV for about 2 1/2 hours (regular screen) and about 1 1/2 on LCD. No tics. I would have never thought this would happen. Now the question...CLARIE IF YOUR READING PLEASE ANSWER??? When this all started TV was THE trigger. He could not watch a second without tics. Now he can do computers, TV and other screens. Is this part of the perverbial waxing and waining? Or is this a positive result of the supplements and juice theropy? I am so hopeful but I don't want to crash and burn (if you know what I mean). Any thoughts.... Marie

Hi Karen: Don't despair. I remember with my oldest son and allergies. Sometimes it was a combination of things. Like if he had OJ in the fall he would have a reaction, but OJ was fine the rest of the year. I know it sounds weird but only time will tell the whole story. As Daniel stated stress in a huge trigger and this diet thing probably envoked triggers that she could feel but not explain. My little one tells everyone about his diet. Sometimes he is proud of healthy eating and when there is a party at school he just hates it and me too. Claire and Chemar once told me that it is best to go slow. I think it is best to see what she craves and eliminate just that. Our bodies have a strange way of craving things that are not good for us. My little one craved dairy, candy and carbs. Since that was his diet it was easy for me to find the food triggers. But it was not JUST the food triggers. It was our life style. To much TV, to little family interaction. To much eating on the run and no schedule. Mind, body and spirit is what promotes a healthy lifestyle. My little one still tics from time to time but his way of life is truely much better. I don't know if you are supplementing, but remember that it took years to the signs to show outward, it will take time to detox. Good Luck and keep up the good work. Marie

Hi All, It is so refreshing to here about all of the positive outlooks on this thread. Allsion, I am so glad you and your family are doing well. I didn't know you tried juicing. That is great. I always say it is a real commitment. I get up at 5 every morning and juice so I know what you mean about the time. I often think of you becuse I think we are living paralel lives. As for the rest who posted on this thread, I agree it is only when we look back that we can see the little things that we just assumed were normal quirks that led us to where we are now. My little one started last summer with asking impossoble questions and if didn;t answer them right it was just ugly. We call it the ol' 6 and 7. He would ask "what is 6 and 7" There was no right answer and he would carry on for an hour about how I didn't understand. THan it was the sock seam which he called squiggles, the eye sensitivity, the difficulty swallowing, etc. All of these things were an every now and again. But I really thought I needed professional help and it was ME that was the problem. This site helped me realize that all of these little things were more than personality issues or bad parenting. The altenative mentioned here found in various forms brought forth so many remedies to help stabilize somethings and cure others. As for me, well this week has proved that the "waxing and wanning" period is more diet than anything else. You see my uncle passed away earlier this week and so my mother-in-law pinched hit for me. Well her time with him was more sneaking ice cream and cakes and hot dogs. The TV was always on and of course he missed me and his schedule. So by Sunday when I was back my little one started the sniffing and coughing and some eye stuff. I think because of his daily juice he was able to eliminate these things quicker and because of the supplements he immune system is stronger so his reactions were not as strong. I am a true beleiver of mind, body and spirit. KJS (I think you are the one that posted about spinning out of control) believe me you are not the only one. This journey has taught me more about myself, my son and my family than anything I have ever experienced. I cherish my child more today than the first time the doctor placed him in my arms. If not for him I don't think I would have ever fully embraced motherhood. This is some pretty scary stuff we are going through and the unknowns drive me nuts. But we will get through this one day at a time and the silver lining I have found is that I will never take what I have for granted, tics or not I am truely lucky to have this child. I am sure all of us here feel this way, or we would not have searched out this site for help. We are here to help you in what ever way we can. This thread is a great thread of hope, someone should bump this one every now and again. God Bless Marie

Absolutely, there is a book that is about 7 or 8 dollars called Fresh Fruits and Vegetable Juices by Norman Walker. This book has all of the 411 you will need to understand the body. You learn about the properties of the veggies and it actually has formulas to use for speecific illnesses. Although tics are not in the book, I use the formula for the neuro system. Just rememebr that carrots naturally detox the body and the base for all veggie juice is carrot (in this book anyway). You can find this book on the Norwalk site or at AMAZON.Com. Whatever you choose remember that your body absorbs 100% of all vitamins and minerals of the juice within 15 minutes of drinking it and you do not have to worry about overdose. The only thing that freaks people out sometimes is that they lose their pasty white look. The beta-carotene from the carrot causes the skin to turn a sun tan color. This is normal and not harmful and quite attractive I may add. Any other questions, just post Marie -

Hi EFG; I use a Norwalk juicer. It is not sold in stores, just mail order. It is a titerating juicer with an hydraulic press. Meaning that one part grinds the veggies into a cloth bag and then you place the cloth bag onto a hydraulic plate and it actually squeezes out the juice. I chose this juicer because there is no heat to destroy the vitamins/minerals. Centralfugal machines as purchased in the local stores are good for fruit juices but cannot compare to the nutritional value of a Norwalk. Check out the site Norwalk.com (I think). It is a big investment because the juicer is expensive. I got mine used on E-Bay and it was still expensive. But I have to say well worth the money. As for veggie prep. Buy orgainc veggies. Carrots just need to be scrubbed with a veggie brush, cut the part where the stem is about 1" and snip a little from the bottom end. Buy spinach with the root on and send it in stems and all. Cucumbers are peeled because of the wax. And if you choose to do celerey (which is great for the nuero system) wash and juice. Just remember that carrot is always the base by 80% and that celerey will drop body temp, so if it is cold you may chose to use less. I am waiting until it is hot to introduce celerey to my little one. THe older one gets it because he is into sports and it increases his stamina because of the sodium content. Good luck, Marie -

Hi EFG: My sons too hate veggies, but they have no other option. Mainly I do carrots, spinach and cucumber. The carrot juice is tasty and although the spinach changes the carrots to marine green the taste is still good. I do about 8 to 16 oz a day of a 80/20 mix of carrot and spinach daily for the boys. They drink it with breakfast and it takes about 20 minutes of sipping through the straw and quite a few "finish your juice" comments throughout breakfast but once done I'm happy and they are nurished. The little on who is 6 does not complain much. It was easier to change his pallet than his older brother who is 12. The results are amazing. It sounds silly to say, but it is the truth. Juicing is not for everybody because it takes a while to actually see results and you have to be committed to it. It takes me about 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hours daily to shop/wash/cut/juice/drink and clean-up. Curing through nutrition is lengthy and I suggest that if you juice for someone else you should partake in the juice yourself so you may feel the benefit. If you do not drink it yourself you will try to see reactions to the juice and sometimes things are not visible, i.e., the calrity of mind, the stamina, the energy level, less anxiety, etc. Prior to seeing the lessening of tics, these things must, should and will be felt. I did it as a family as so no-one felt punished and we all benefitted from it. I have been doing this since January, the real test will be this fall when my sons allergies are at their worst. If he does well, I will know that juicing was worth the effort in helping his asthma. For now I know it helps with preventing the flare up during a virus. I hope I answered your question. Whatever you choose good luck. Marie -
Hi and Welcome to the forum; Many people here test for the underlying causes of tics, i.e., mercury poisoning, yeast, etc. The diagnosis of TS is a clinical one and mainly made by neurologists after ruling out some pretty hairy stuff like seizures, etc. You did not state the manner or frequncy of tics but all here in this forum and including mainstream docs all know that stress and anxiety contriute strongly to tics. Divorce and custody battles rank pretty high on the list for anxiety. With all due respect, if your brother-in-law or your sister really want the proper treatment for the child, start at home, seek family counseling and find out where the child wants to live. I've watched and lived through some pretty nasty stuff regarding divorce and have a nephew who was almost lost as a result. Courts are not the place for children and parents must decide what is best for their children together...not judges. Sorry for such strong advise, but my heart breaks for these children. Whatever happens I pray that your step-nephew will make it through this rough time in his life.

Hi EFG; I know a little about asthma because my older son has asthma. I have him on an as needed basis. I did look up about inhalers, steriods, etc and I have found that the long term effect on pulmacort and even albuteral is not good. I've seen claims that state harm to the cardiovascular sysem, etc. In moderation I do these meds, as they do work and I know to well what an asthma attack can do. So I would not stay away from them, but I did find that suuplementation, the avoidance of dairy, art. colors/flavours and of course jucinng has had a profound effect on his breathing. Last virus had him on his neb. for only about 2 days where we used to be at least a week to two weeks- and no pulmacort was needed. I threw him on the neb. because I wanted to be safe instead of sorry, but he was still in a yellow zone when I put him on it. When sick his asthma always kicks in, this time it did not. I've read claims about asthma being part of the mercury issue. And I read that after he received his flu shot. I gave him the shot only becasue he was asthmatic. DUH? I will NEVER do the flu shot again- Mercury is still in that vaccine. I hope my efforts of detoxing my family will destroy these alignments that seem to have become a mainstream way of life. I've read that natural detox takes a couple of years to rid the toxins that are deeply inbedded within the tissues. I pray that this can be achieved for all of us. I hope I answered your question, all of this rambling I kind of lost track. Well anyway good luck and keep me posted. Marie
