    I had a huge ah-ha moment after reading your post on 14 s. pneumoniae. We are just beginning down this long road with our 5 yr. old daughter. Your story with sinus involvement sounds identical to ours. Has IVIG worked for your son? Did you ever consider adenoid removal? Thanks so much!
