I've been unable to find any discussion on this; sorry if it is a repeat. Has anyone used SAM-e for vocal tics, particuarly if stress and self-esteem seem to be a factor in them?

my son uses samE (200mg a day) for OCD

 

I have no knowledge of any direct effect on tics. But obviously, as many tics can be stress induced, reduction of stress would help reduce those tics
