I was told my son has SI with adhd is it possible wrong imformation.

At age 4 months headbagging.

Been difficult since then.

Language delayed along with motor skills delayed.

Central vision problems.

Constant mind seems to drift.

Apears deaf.Says didn't hear you.

Has had OT,ST.Oral therapie,AIT.Vision therapie(currently)

it is always a good idea to try to see another doctor for a second opinion as even the most well meaning and specialised doctors can sometimes misdiagnose neurological problems.

There are some good leads to doctors who run different kinds of tests etc here

Also, have you checked out the autism/ aspergers forums? Maybe some clues there as to what your dear son is experiencing.

Hi Rachel,

 

I couldn't agree more with Chemar. The doctor list she posted test for and treat underlying conditions that have the potential to impact all of those things, regardless of the diagnosis.

 

I am sure you know that the earlier you intervene, the higher the chances for success. I hope that you can get guidance soon--this would supplement any behavioral therapies you might be doing.
