I'm afraid to even read it being I am now concerned about my child post anesthesia... (not autistic but clearly some immune type thing or I wouldn't be here)...

Wow! Thank you for posting this. Having just gone through surgery with my son, I can see that it would have been good to ask some of these questions ahead of time. My son is having difficulty with sleeping since the surgery and I had attributed that to bacteria. I am curious as to how much may have been due to anesthesia. I am wondering if there is something we can do or if we just have to "wait it out".
