Anyone else having problems with passwords for Pepsi Refresh?

I am having no trouble voting for myself, but I signed up both my sons and my husband 2 days ago, and had no trouble getting them in to vote. Then, yesterday, it said it didn't recognize any of their information. So, I clicked on reset. I have now reset them 3 times, and still can't get in. Couldn't vote for them yesterday. Any ideas? There's nothing to click on for help.

If you make a mistake with the password, try closing that whole white box completely and opening login again. I've had a similar experience where once you mis-type a password, it gets cranky.

ditto on that. I mis-typed the email address once and it would not accept until I wiped the whole thing and started over.

Did you figure this out?? I am still unable to get in and have been trying since the beginning. I have even tried to call Pepsi and can't get any help there either, getting frustrated and don't have every waking minute to work on it.

Do you have a facebook account you can sign in with? I know it may take a couple minutes, but how about getting a free gmail account and then setting up a NEW account with Pepsi? If anyone feels comfortable doing this...you can message me you email address and password and I'll see if it works from my computer.
