Tylenol (acetaminophen), Motrin (ibuprofen), or Aleve (naproxen)?

For my daughter's other inflammatory condition, Naproxen (the ingredient in Aleve) has been successfully used in some patients as compared to other Non steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs). Is this the same with PANDAS? If yes, we thought we'd give this a try. This would be prescription strength.

In our case Ibubrofen had a noticable improvement. We saw no such improvement on naproxen or acetaminophen. By the way, acetaminophen isn't an NSAID because it isn't anti-inflammatory.

Ibuprofen is what we use here too.
