Teens/Adults with PANDAS Forum

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone on here who has teens with PANDAS or any adults on here with PANDAS would be interested in having a seperate forum/group (maybe facebook group?) for us to talk?

Any takers? I'd be happy to set one up if anyone did think they'd want to do this.

I would be interested in this too. We are just starting our journey with possible PANDAS in my 15 year old.

I have a friend's dd I would like to pass the info along to if this gets set up. She is 16 and a pandas suspect.

I would join too, probably not face book though. My son is 15 1/2. Could we keep adult PANDAS separate?

My son would be interested too. He is 13 and has recently become very open about his PANDAS. He has been connecting with other PANDAS kids and parents on the website he started a few months ago, Guidebook to PANDAS syndrome at www.pandas-syndrome.webs.com. I think a facebook group would be another great avenue for young people with PANDAS to talk.

I know you're pretty new to our site (we're glad you're here!) and you may not be aware of our posted guidelines. One is that this forum can't be used for the purpose of starting a separate forum or directing people to other forums.

 

This forum already includes parents with teens, as well as adults with PANDAS. But, I can see that teens themselves might want their own way to communicate together.

 

I'd like to suggest that the best way for you to connect with others on your plan for a teen facebook etc. is through private message. OK?

 

I'm leaving the posts below for a bit so you know who responded, and you can contact them through PM. Then at some point this thread will be deleted, as I have to use the same policy for everyone.
