Hi All,

 

I know in the past I have seen that some of you have taken your children to see a chiropractor. Was this helpful? My son is 9 and has been dealing with a neck/shoulder tic latley and his neck is really sore from it. I was thinking about taking him to see the chiropractor but I am wondering if that is a good idea. I Just would like to know if any of you have taken your children and what exactly did they do.

yes! a chiropractor is an essential part of the treatment to alleviate both the pain and skeletal misalignment that happens with many kinds of tics.

 

I would caution tho that with children it is important to find a practitioner that specialises in treating children and preferably one that practices the NUCCA system of chiro
