Found a way to reduce my son's tics!

I am seriously freaking out! What does one do!!! Background DH tics and ds does also. Dd does show signs but not the same. She needs expanders in top and bottom for six to nine months!! Her teeth are messed up basically . They can't grow in bc there is no room and j have been letting it go for a year hoping that they will come in and no. She needs this or getting several teeth pulled with the smallest little cute mouth ever. I am so afraid to open up that can of worms . One hears about the good and bad and you wonder and worry with no choice! Arg!!!
