pediatrician needed in Winter Garden, FL

I posted last night about our middle son having PANDAS. We see Dr. Latimer in Maryland. This Friday we are moving to Winter Garden, FL. We are staying with Dr. Latimer, but I would like to find a pediatrician in the Winter Garde, Orlando, Clermont area that at least knows about PANDAS and is open to it. Anyone know of any??? Please let me know. Thank you.

We're in the Tampa area and have a pediatrician that we love. He's been great with the PANDAS diagnosis and has treated other PANDAS cases before. (In fact, even his nurse recognized the symptoms in my son). It may be a little bit of a hike, but he's on the east side of Hillsborough County if you can't find anyone else.

Maybe also try asking at Dr Tanya Murphy's office at the Univ Florida Tampa campus. She was one of the initial PANDAS docs when at Shands/Univ Fl Gainesville and now she is in Tampa. her Office may know of docs near you as you are on the west side of central florida

I would also suggest Tanya Murphy in St. Petersburg or try the Creations Own group in Melbourne, FL. I am seeing Dr. Murphy, but I have heard wonderful things about the Creations Own group too. Both are specialists though, not a regular pediatrician. I am taking my son to a regular pediatrician at home, but we're seeing Dr. Murphy for PANDAS related issues (current study participants). I think Melbourne would be a little closer for you, and if you end up going there let me know (we live in Melbourne).
