Chemar
I just found this thread on the Complementary&Alternative Medicine Forum over at BrainTalk and felt y'all over here would be interested. Guess there are enough of us here who could sure inform them as to how wrong they are eh! http://brain.hastypastry.net/forums/showth...ead.php?t=26261 ps the guy who started the thread, Dan, supports Alternative med...he is just reporting the other info, not supporting it! Andy
Whenever I go shopping I remember Adam Smith's writing on captailism of "Let the buyer beware". However, I also thought poisoning was a crime. I also hate how the schools are now forced not to let students in unless they had all their shots. What happened to personal liberties and freedom of choice on this one. I do not think this is a republican or democratic party problem but a problem with the entire system that depends on it's information to make decisions and money for election from the same corporate monsters that fly their own corporate flags. Chemar
I hear ya Andy! this is a subject i could go on about ad infinitum. I think if most people were actually aware of just how the pharmaceutical companies "skew" their research, and how doctors are influenced to prescribe, and even who all is in the body that regulates our food and drugs, and how they are linked to some of the manufacturing companies......... well it is mind boggling when you start to investigate all we can do is try to make people aware and be thankful that our eyes are wide open!
