andrea Posted December 6, 2009 Report Posted December 6, 2009 my son 6 starting kindergarden on august and teacher complain about bad behavior and repeating what the teacher said all time long or what other people said after a week or two , as i try to find what he had it was echolalia immediate and delayed but he has no autism he is very smart read as a first grader but has a little problem writing doesn't like to draw or write but does it at school probably to not getting in trouble i start giving him supplement but the echolalia doesn't stop please help what is the best supplement for this problem has i dont want to have to medicated him he is around 50 pound for 4.9 feet thank you

andrea Posted December 7, 2009 Author Report Posted December 7, 2009 Hello does you son have other tics? or just the echolalia, which is usually a characteristic complex vocal tic associated with Tourette syndrome what supplement did you give him? he has just the echolalia immediate and delayed no other tics he has some sensory problem too as starting school when they was to much noise he will going under table or isolate himself from noises he ates public toilet flush or vacuum noises he is a little bit hyper too but only he has the reaction at school or in restaurant also if i dont get him off the tv he will not doing anything else he is very smart as after 2 months of school he could read as a first grader and still improving in this area he is very funny kids always smiling but fear new situation new places new people but he is still very social as i think he like to put his tee shirt off he is always too hot and he breath smell like acetone i started bonnie grimaldi treatment but he never respond to it he is allergic to the niacin i thing he started having red eyes with it still giving him the other supplement but no change of his behavior or echolalia thank to suggest anything
Chemar Posted December 7, 2009 Report Posted December 7, 2009 Bonnie's supplements are comprehensive and designed for tourette syndrome so I am not surprised that your child may not have responded well to them if he doesnt have TS acetone breath can be indicative of diabetes so you may want to have that checked has your child or anyone in the family recently had or been exposed to strep?
