Foot zone Therapy

Has anyone tried Foot zone therapy before, for tics? I heard it suppose to help the entire body and heal what needs to be healed. Does anyone have experience with this therapy, good or bad? Thanks Char...

if that is the same as reflexology then yes, my son has that when he goes for acupuncture and really finds it very very helpful. He can actually feel the tension release in various parts of his body. he also has a wooden foot roller here that he uses when at his desk working etc
