emma1
Has anyone noticed any increased motor or vocal tics when using this? I started my daughter on 50 mgs of it twice a day, and think I might be hearing a slight vocal tic.
Vajra
Definitely. my son has B6 and B12 deficiency discovered on the Great Plains OAT test. Even so, supplementation with P5P caused him to become hyper and have increased tics. I'm not sure yet if it was primarily the P5P (form of B6) or the methylcobalamin (form of B12) that cased the exacerbation. Because he clearly needs these vitamins, so I discontinued and restarted after a couple of weeks at a very low dosage. Periodically need to discontinue. Let me know how things go with your daughter. Chemar
no tic increase here with either P-5-P or methylcobalamin...just the opposite.....calming both OCD and tics
