List of phenol high foods?

gosh, I gotta run out right now but just look up the Feingold site and there is some list there somewhere.

Also look up "enzymestuff", that is a site that has explained about these things too, and there is a list on that somewhere too, just click on the subjects in the left hand corner.

Also, Houston Pharmaceuticals has an enzyme called No Fenol. Some have had success with reducing Phenol reactions with that product.

 

We use Houston zyme Prime and Peptizyde. We have had our share of acidy stomachs with the boys too. We used TUMS before I knew any better :D (aluminum..we avoid as much as possible!) The enzymes seem to help a lot. Here's their site. They are plant based.
